Lean ground beef, dry aged 21–30 days for rich flavour and better value.
Dry aging removes about 15% of the water weight, so 1 lb of our beef gives you the same meat as 1.15 lbs from the grocery store.
Heads up: The number you enter is for pounds, not packages (packages range from 1.1–1.3 lbs). If you'd like a certain number of packages, feel free to add a note at checkout—we'll weigh it out and let you know the total. This helps us stay fair and sustainable with our pricing, especially on larger orders.

When will I get my order?
We’re now taking waitlist sign-ups for Fall 2026 delivery.
If any extra ground beef becomes available at the end of this year, we’ll contact those on the waitlist first.
Why does it take time?
Our beef is dry-aged and butchered only after a full grazing season to achieve the best flavour and tenderness. Because this is a seasonal harvest (we are small-scale and don't butcher year-round), orders are filled on a first-placed, first-filled basis. We also partner with a small local butcher who shares our commitment to quality and can process only a few beef each week, which means limited processing slots.
Ordering early is the key to an earlier delivery. It takes a little planning, but it’s worth it - we put the same care and effort into these animals as you put into your family meals!
