Ground Beef - Lean

Lean ground beef. Dry aged 21-30 days!  One of the benefits of dry aging is 15% of the water evaporates from the beef, so 1lb of our ground beef is equivalent to 1.15lbs of beef from the grocery store! Packages are 1.1-1.3lbs, price is $/lb. 

**Please note that the quantity entered is pounds (not packages).  If you'd like a certain number of packages, please enter that in the Notes section - we will weigh it and let you know the total lbs and price. 

*Minimum order of ground beef is 10lbs*
