Secure your share of 90 lbs of premium Grass-Fed, Naturally and Ethically Raised Beef, professionally dry-aged for 30 days at 4°C for exceptional flavor and tenderness.

$1,690 per quarter (90 lbs) - Future-season pricing is subject to change based on cattle, processing, and operating costs.

At just $9.40 per meal (based on a ½ lb portion, like an 8oz steak), enjoy gourmet-quality beef for every occasion.

• 30% Ground Beef – Versatile for everyday cooking.
• 20% Stew, Ribs, and Brisket – Rich, slow-cook favorites.

We only process a limited number of orders each year, so early reservations help us plan and ensure availability.

Delivery Details:
We deliver to four Okotoks/Calgary drop-off locations or you can come out and pick up from Black Diamond.

When will I get my order?
We are taking orders for the Fall 2027 list - earliest orders will get their beef in Sept 2027.

Why does it take time?
Our beef is dry-aged and butchered only after a full grazing season to achieve the best flavour and tenderness. Because this is a seasonal harvest (we are small-scale and don't butcher year-round), orders are filled on a first-placed, first-filled basis. We also partner with a small local butcher who shares our commitment to quality and can process only a few beef each week, which means limited processing slots.

Ordering early is the key to an earlier delivery. It takes a little planning, but it’s worth it - we put the same care and effort into these animals as you put into your family meals!

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your share, with the balance due at delivery.
